+You barely taste kale, spinach and carrots when paired with the right fruits- I’ve found bananas, strawberries and pineapple help hide the taste of veggies if you’re trying to. If I couldn’t see the green color of spinach in the green smoothie, I probably wouldn’t have known it was in there.
+Chai seeds: great source of fiber and Omega-3s. Helps strengthen teeth and bones. Hard to taste when emulsified in a blender. Thumbs up.
